Based upon fifteen years of professional experience with two of Chicago’s leading architectural design firms, Steven Gross / A.I.A. began his own practice in 1990 pursuing design oriented financial institution and hotel-residential clients. Over the last ten years, the office has completed ten projects - three have received design recognition, all have resulted in satisfied clients.

Relationships deepened through assisting these clients with additional services ranging from strategic planning to facilities management. Asked to sit on the board of directors of an expanding community-oriented lending institution, he is familiar with banks and banking in a way few architects are. His diverse experience has also won awards for historic rehabilitation.

Motivated to design or renovate quality buildings and establish superior client relationships, Steven Gross undertakes the responsibility for each project personally and with enthusiasm. Together with an engineering team of professional consultants, a completely integrated product is thereby more readily assured and a broad range of services efficiently provided.
